First Haircuts!

We took the girls to Cartoon Cuts today to get their first haircuts. Their hair has been pretty scraggly and unruly for a while, but we were a little hesitant to cut it ourselves because we have no clue what we're doing, and we were hesitant to take them to a salon because we were afraid they'd have a meltdown. Of course, the level of professionalism these girl display always surprises us, so naturally they were perfectly happy to get sit at the kiddie salon and get their hair cut. Natalie briefly got a little whiny, but the stylist quickly whipped out a bottle of bubbles, and once Jim started blowing bubbles, she proceeded to entertain the entire salon with her giggle fit. As always, nothing makes people happier than baby laughter! Rita was perfectly happy to zone out watching Robots during her entire sitting. Natalie's on the left, Rita on the right. Hi everyone. I'll be more enthusiastic about encouraging thinking outside the box when there's evidence of any thinking going on inside it. Help me!
